Flowease
Sit at 4pm the way you sat at 9am.
夕方の姿勢も、朝のままで
A posture companion for people who work at a Mac all day. Flowease reads your posture from the Mac’s camera, shows a live score in the menu bar, and can send a macOS notification when poor posture continues — with intervals you can change.
Camera analysis happens entirely on your Mac. No video leaves the machine. Calibration and alert settings stay on your device only.

It runs in the corner of your day.
Grant camera access and leave it. It lives in the menu bar, not in your dock. If your Mac has more than one camera, you can choose which to use.
Posture is read on-device from the camera feed.
A posture score from 0–100, with color-coded feedback in the menu bar. Calibrate once to set your baseline; you can recalibrate or reset later.
When your score stays low for a while, Flowease can send a macOS notification. You can turn alerts off or adjust the threshold and spacing. No streaks, no leaderboard, no health dashboard.
Made for Mac desk workers
Long editing sessions, back-to-back calls, and evening coding. The only assumption is that you and your Mac are in the same place for hours.
Nothing to log, nothing to review
No history screen to feel guilty about. The value is the live score and the moment you straighten up — not a report later.
Privacy in plain words
Local processing is the product decision, not a setting. Repeated here because it is the question every camera app has to answer.
Processing runs locally with Apple’s Vision framework. Camera frames are not recorded or sent anywhere. Calibration, alert preferences, and camera choice live in standard macOS preferences and can be reset in the app.
